Cross Country is a sport that requires tremendous dedication, determination and commitment. To prepare for tryouts and a successful season, start training now. Start off easy. Don’t get discouraged. Be consistent.
Tryouts will we held Monday, October 5th. To become a member of the team and assure that runners are motivated, prepared and able to fully participate in practices and meets, they must run 1.5 miles, at their own pace without stopping or walking. Runners who are unable to accomplish this on the first day of practice will not make the team.
Runners cannot tryout unless an online “Registration” is completed – no exceptions!
