Attention Morning Lap Swimmers: Due to increased safety protocols, the doors will only be open from 5:20-5:30 am and 6-6:10 am. Please arrive during one of these blocks of time in order to be able to access the pool.

Cost: $60 per session Thanks for a great 6 weeks of lessons in 2025. See you in Spring 2026! Participants in kindergarten through 3rd grade will be picked up from their building and walked to the pool by Aquatic Center Staff. Anyone younger than kindergarten must be transported by a parent or guardian. Intermediate school aged participants are encouraged to register for our after-school swim camp. All lessons are on a first come, first serve basis and are limited in size for safety and maximizing instruction. Lessons generally fill up within an hour of registration opening so register promptly. To determine which level your child belongs in, please use the form: https://forms.gle/by271DLQpGTP7wnZ6 Level 1 Swimmers in level 1 will work on floating independently on front and back, flutter kicking and rolling over onto their back. These skills are essential in keeping this age group safe in water. Level 1 may be appropriate for most 3-4 year olds. Level 2 Swimmers in this group already know how to front and back float independently and feel comfortable with their faces in the water but are still working on making independent forward progress using arms and kicking. Level 3 This group can swim independently in the shallow end with their faces in the water. This class has a large focus on learning front crawl, backstroke, elementary backstroke and developing confidence swimming in deep water. Level 4 This class takes place in the deep end. Swimmers will work on refining the front crawl, backstroke and elementary backstroke. Children will learn breaststroke and sidestroke. This camp is for those in 4th through 8th grade. We will focus on improving swimming stroke technique and learning more about competitive swimming. It's a great introduction to competitive swimming for those interested in joining our Modified or Varsity teams! We will also be incorporating some basic springboard diving skills for those interested in being a diver. This program will be lead by Lindsay Karl (Aquatics Director and Varsity Assistant coach). The only pre-requisite skill required is that participants are comfortable and safe in deep water. Lap swim schedule is subject to change. All are welcome! Lap swim costs $2 per day on a walk in basis. Punch passes are available! $10 for 6 punches or $20 for 12 punches. Cash only. You can purchase a punch pass when you attend lap swim. Lap swim participants must park in the parallel parking spots on the hill. There is NO other parking available. There is no lap swim on holidays, school vacations or school closures. Please expect to share a lane with another participant.  |
